Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 17.07.2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to everyone who uses Aegvale. It exists because our product sends adversarial inputs to AI systems — a capability that must only be used against systems you are authorized to test.
Authorization is mandatory
You may only configure and scan agents, endpoints and systems that you own or have explicit written permission to test. Using Aegvale to probe or attack third-party systems without authorization is strictly prohibited and may be illegal.
Prohibited activities
- Attacking, overloading, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems you don’t control.
- Using the service to develop, refine or deliver malware, fraud, phishing, or other malicious payloads against real targets.
- Testing that violates the terms of the underlying AI providers or any applicable law.
- Uploading unlawful content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
- Circumventing usage limits, security controls, or multi-tenant isolation.
- Reselling or sharing access in violation of your plan.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the API keys and credentials you connect, for the cost of the AI provider calls your scans generate, and for ensuring your testing complies with your own organization’s policies and the law.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, and cooperate with law enforcement where required. Report abuse to support@aegvale.com.
