Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Aegvale, operated by Aegvale (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Aegvale is a software-as-a-service platform for running adversarial security, safety and quality tests against AI agents you connect. You are responsible for having the right to test the agents and endpoints you configure.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy and AI Usage Policy. You may only test systems you own or are authorized to test. You must not use the service to attack third parties or to violate any law.
4. Subscriptions, billing & taxes
Paid plans are billed as described at checkout and on our Pricing page. Billing model: Monthly and annual subscription plans.. Prices and VAT handling: Starter €49/month (€490/year), Growth €199/month (€1,990/year), Business €499/month (€4,990/year). Annual plans include approximately two months free. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.. Payments are processed by Stripe (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA where supported)..
5. Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterwards.. Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where refunds are required by mandatory applicable law. If a technical issue caused by Aegvale prevents the service from being provided, refunds or service credits may be granted at our sole discretion. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.. Where you are a consumer in the EU, statutory withdrawal rights apply as described at checkout.
6. Your data
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the configurations and content you submit; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service for you.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and provider outages may occur. Enterprise SLAs, where offered, are agreed separately.
8. Disclaimers
Aegvale helps you find weaknesses in AI agents but does not guarantee that an agent is secure or free of vulnerabilities. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded; mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for intent, gross negligence, or under the German Product Liability Act) remains unaffected.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN CISG. Place of jurisdiction, where permitted: Germany.
