Billing, cancellation & refunds
Billing model: Monthly and annual subscription plans.. Payments are processed by Stripe (including Apple Pay, Google Pay and SEPA where supported).; applicable VAT is added at checkout where required. Annual plans include approximately two months free.
Cancellation: Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew afterwards.. Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where refunds are required by mandatory applicable law. If a technical issue caused by Aegvale prevents the service from being provided, refunds or service credits may be granted at our sole discretion. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected..
